Abstract:

We propose that power-law tailed hadron spectra may stem from a matter in an unconventional equilibrium state typical for non-extensive thermodynamics. A non-extensive Boltzmann equation and the role of a multiplicative noise in forming such states are analyzed. Our ideas about modelling such a system in lattice gauge theory are demonstrated in a simple calculation. We review effects of a collective transverse flow on such spectra.
