Accommodation has been reserved for conference participants and their companions in Budapest in hotels of various categories as near as possible to the conference venue, as listed below. Special demands (e.g. apartments or triple, etc.) will also be met as far as possible. In order to reserve accommodation, please reserve your room in the online database for Registration & Hotel Reservation before 30 June, 2005. Since August is a high season for tourism in Hungary, you are asked to arrange your booking as soon as possible. It should be emphasized that the organisers cannot be held responsible for accommodation that has been reserved and not used that is why reservation deposit is necessary.

The reservation system will not offer dates prior to 03 August and after 09 August. If you need to come earlier or depart later to get special airfares, please consult the organisers beforehand by e-mail, addressed to ildikokruppa@diamond-congress.hu
